At Ruuh, each product is made with intention and printed just for you when you order. Because we use trusted third-party partners like Printful and Printify to create and ship your items, shipping times and methods may vary — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.


Order Processing

  • All our products are made-to-order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

📌 Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Yes, we ship worldwide! 
However, delivery times may be longer due to customs or local courier processing.

You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by your country.


Delays & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we’ll do our best to support you:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

  • If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using the tracking info.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to replace it at no extra cost to you.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered.
