At Ruuh Creations, each product is made with purpose and printed especially for you — through our trusted print partners. Because of this made-to-order process, we handle returns a little differently than traditional stores.
What We Accept
We gladly offer free replacements or refunds for the following issues:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are misprinted

Items that are incorrect (wrong size, design, color — only if it’s our mistake)
📩 To report a problem, email us within 7 days of receiving your item at
theruuhcreations@gmail.com
Include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a short description.
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the faulty item.
What We Don’t Accept
Because all our products are printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Choosing the wrong size or color
(Of course, you can gift it to someone — and make their day special. Maybe it was meant for them all along.) -
Changing your mind after ordering
(Let it come. The product might change your mind — or someone else’s. And if not, why not gift it to a friend or stranger who needs hope today?) -
Not liking the product (unless defective)
(You never know — you could be the reason someone hears about Jesus. A simple question like “Where did you get that T-shirt?” can open doors. Be bold. Be the reason.)

We encourage you to see your order not just as a product — but as a seed.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing may take up to 10 business days

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
